Terms of Service

Agreement
By using RideReady you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your licence to the app.
RideReady is not a safety device
Ride scores, forecasts, route data, and generated advice are estimates. Weather changes, forecasts are wrong, and road data from OpenStreetMap may be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for deciding whether it is safe to ride and for riding lawfully.
The safety timer and check-in features depend on your phone having power, signal, and working notifications. Do not rely on them as your only means of getting help. They are a convenience, not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Purchases
RideReady Pro is available as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. The lifetime purchase does not renew and cannot be cancelled because there is nothing recurring to stop.
Payment is handled by Apple. Refunds are at Apple's discretion and are requested through Apple, not through us.
Your data
Your ride data lives on your device. We do not hold it, so we cannot recover it. Deleting the app deletes the data unless you have an iPhone backup.
Warranty and liability
RideReady is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or from decisions made using its information.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top will reflect that.
